Youngevity has a long term Monthly Residual Compensation will pa you between 5% and 8% of your personal and group bonus volume on up to 8 levels of your down-line organization! As you move up in rank, not only do you get paid on more levels, but the amount per level can increase as well! This is where the true advantage of our compensation plan and leverage comes into focus. For example: If you personally enroll only three Distributors on level one who , in turn, did the same through 8 levels... You would have 9,840 IMD's in your pay structure. This truly separates you from Corporate America where people are just trading their time for money. Think about this: In this example, you only did the work to develop three distributors – if they duplicate your efforts you can get paid on 9,840 people's efforts! CEO FAST START BONUS
You will receive a $100 Fast Start Bonus for any personally enrolled Distributor who purchases and CEO Product and Training Package.
These Bonuses are paid weekly, and are payable fallowing the purchase of a CEO Product and Training package, whether your enrolled Distributor purchases a package upon enrollment or at a later date.
30% QUICK START BONUS
You will receive a Quick Start Bonus totaling up to 30% of the Bonus Volume (up to a mximum of 750BV) of new Enrollees's product purchases during their first 30 days as a Preferred Customer or Distributor! This Bonus replaces your normal level 1 residual compensation that you would otherwise qualify for during the bonus period.*
To qualify for this weekly Quick Start Bonus, you must be a qualified IMD or above in good standing, and you must also have an active Auto-Ship profile with a minimum 100 Personal Qualifying Valume.
* Total is comprised of a 26% bonus plus 50% of normal residual commisions that would otherwise be qualified for. 26% component follows lines of enrollment, whereas balance of bonus follows lines of placement. All Upline residual and infinity bonus commission will be paid at 50% of normal levels for volume upon which Quick Start Bonuses are paid.
*As with all commissions, you must be a qualified distributor in good standing, but you do not have to be CEO qualified yourself in order to receive CEO Fast Start Bonuses.
LEADERSHIP CODING BONUS
One of the most exciting parts of Youngevity's compensation plan, are the Leadership Coding Bonuses.
As a Regional Marketing Director, you will earn a 15 Coding Bonus for all new CEO qualified Distributors that enter your Regional group. These bonuses are paid to an unlimited number of levels.
As an Executive Marketing Director, you will earn a $35 Coding bonus for all new personally enrolled CEO qualified Distributors and up to $35 for every other Distributor that falls into your Executive group, paid to an unlimited number of levels.
A a Senior Executive Marketing Director, you will earn a $100 Coding Bonus for all new personally enrolled CEO qulified Distributors and up to $100 for every other Distributor that falls into your Executive group, paid to an unlimited number of levels.
As a Vice Presidential, you will earn a $140 Coding Bonus for all new personally enrolled CEO qulified Distributors and up to $140 for every other Distributor that falls into your Presidential group, paid to an unlimited number of levels.
As a Presidential, you will earn a $170 Coding Bonus for all new personally enrolled CEO qulified Distributors and up to $170 for every other Distributor that falls into your Presidential group, paid to an unlimited number of levels.
As a Vice Chairman, you will earn a $180 Coding Bonus for all new personally enrolled CEO qulified Distributors and up to $180 for every other Distributor that falls into your Vice Chairman group, paid to an unlimited number of levels.
As a Senior Vice Chairman, you will earn a $180 Coding Bonus for all new personally enrolled CEO qulified Distributors and up to $180 for every other Distributor that falls into your Senior Vice Chairman group, paid to an unlimited number of levels.
